Skechers Collection

Skechers - An American shoe company headquartered in Manhattan Beach, California, which was started by Robert Greenberg (original founder of LA Gear). He started Skechers in 1992 with his son as a distributor for Doc Marten. They launched their own shoe line in 1995. Skechers' early products were Doc-Marten style utility boots and suede skate shoes; the company has since diversified to include thousands of styles of casual footwear among several separately branded lines. It has also been remarketed toward women, promoted by pop stars such as Brandy, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, The Spice Girls, Ashlee Simpson, and Carrie Underwood.
